they start off with my tread separating from the sidewall and my hid fogs being the wrong size bulb. today i go to change my oil, turns out im too low to even get into my parents garage. that sucks, oh well. as i exit the garage.....red fluid on the garage floor. shit. i jack the car up to get under her, heres what i find.
if you look closely at the collector you see its pulled back towards the rear, probably from bottoming out.

stupid me wiped down the fluid before taking the picture, but there was a like coating of tranny fluid on the bottom of the tranny, you can see where it was wiped from. also, there was about 9 or 10 drops of fluid on the garage.

    Marky,

The tranny leak is from that yellow fitting's O ring. There is a TSB on that and you should still be able to have it repaired at no cost. It is a 10 minute fix at the dealer.

    Ron,
It only concerned me because its the first time ive seen it dripping anything.

its a good thing chrysler felt it would behouv us to not have a dipstick so i have no clue how much tranny fluid i have in there.

By looks and your description, it just started not too long ago, so I wouldn't be overly concerned that it is too low on fluid. But do get it into the dealer soon to have them replace the O ring. It will get worse as time goes by.

That would be TSB: 21-002-05 "Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) Weepage". :weep:

TSB, what Dave said Marky, we all have it happen even me so don't worry bout it (surprised it took so long for it to show up on yours tho). It was literally a 10 minute fix no worries.
