Here is the latest new. I am working to have the $7.00 parking fee waived, no promises. But keep in mind that the Double Tree has parking lot security for the event.

I have a meeting at the West Coast Business Center Friday to go over some details and will find out. The people at Chrysler are excited at the Business Center and in Auburn Hills. Just like last year the Chrysler people will be at the Double Tree mingling with us.

Hey thanks for all your work Fatchance!!! Sorry to bitch about stuff but in this economy you'd think the Doubletree could be a little bit more accomodating since you are filling their hotel on a non-holiday non-vacation-season weekend.

Also I was curious why you decided against charging a few bucks for admission to pay for any incidentals and/or some nice raffle prizes? Not that I'm complaining, just figure you guys deserve a little compensation for all your hard work.

 

haha That is what the Sponsors and vendors take care of. And of course the vendors who do not come out usually donate door prizes.

You WILL be impressed and wonder why you hadn't come out to the past events. lol

 

I hear you Jeff...we are all working together on the event to do what we can for everyone to have a great time. By the time we get there we will all be ready for a good time.

This is grass roots at this point and we are trying to keep it that way, it's all about the cars, the people and the forums.

 

I was there last year and it was awesome. Unfortunately I broke my ankle two weeks before so had to do everything in a wheel chair and since it was my right ankle I couldn't even drive! I'm pretty sure I met you too because I thought I asked you about all your ordeals with GSM and their superchargers and at that time you were still hopeful about their I-Charger which I assume has long been forgotten.

Yeah, the past three years were simply awesome, so kudos to John and all those that work to make it happen. I can't go but I'll be bumping the threads to get others to go. It really is a "Can't Miss!" event! :dance4:

 

In just 2 days we are almost at 200 registered. This is the event of the year to be at check out post #1 for the details you will not want to miss the largest LX event to date. Pass the word on to the other members, lets get this over 500 again.

Now all you have to do is go back to that site and sign in and print out your voucher... roll over where it reads, "SFOLX-09" and you should see something come up on the screen that says "2009 Event Voucher" click on that and then print it and make sure that you bring it with you on Saturday Morning...
