I have to agree with everyone here. These are GREAT tires when comparing them with my old F1's. Did someone say the sweet spot is @ 41lbs? Seems a bit high no? FYI, don't order from Motorweb. They gave me the runaround for 4 months and still haven't credited me my $$$ back for the set yet. I got mine at Fairmount Tire in LA. Prompt delivery $165/per + $80 shipping. GREAT TIRES!
I ran them at 36LBs for a couple of track sesions, then jumped them up to 41LBs, they were two totaly different tires they held alittle better at 41 and didnt have as much corner rolling.
41 huh... I ran 36 for a while but went to 38 when I found they seems to work better and were easier to "squeeel" when I came of the line hard and at 1-2 shift. I will have to try 41. Oh yea....something else I noticed. Using the word "squeeel"... did you notice how the Vreds make a much louder with a higher pitch sound when you "turn them over" off the line? The F1 made more of a "squaaal" sound that was lower in pitch. You can hear the Vreds "turn over" from 2-3 blocks away. ...
I assume everyone is running the 275/40/20 Sessanta SUV tire correct? I didn't see that size in the regular Sessanta?
