Any Techco Track Results?

Is anyone out there hitting the tracks already? I'm talking about some 1/4 mile times here. I think Jay would rather buy his car a dress then race it! :thongue2:

No flame, I'm just jealous.:cry: Come on man, get out there already! Or do i have to buy one my self to get some results?

 

Brute, all the tracks are closed out here until the 2nd week of January due to Christmas and New Years.. It won't be a 1/4 mile but an 1/8 @ Irwindale... I will be posting very soon.. They open next week, unless you can get it and go to the track before next Thursday

 

Ill be going on the coldest DA on 1 of these dates. I try to pull up on mon the whole week temps.
JAN 8-15-22-29
FEB 5-12-19-26
It looks like on 1/8 the DA will be at 5pm 1000 ft.
Last yr on 1/24 /08 the DA was 367 ft and it gets warmer in feb so it looks like 1/22/09 will be the best ill keep you informed.

Jay you should add your name to the reserve list for Famoso Jan 17th. LINK HERE Not knocking the 1/8th but if its gonna run you may as well get some 1/4 mile times.
Also your gonna need axles and DR's to get real results. Otherwise you'll just sit and spin!:grin:

 

If anybody knows what I need to make this happen is Trojan... I am working on those mods too.. The wife and I our in a wedding and funds are tight right now... Thanks for the info though Mr. C :future:

 

I second Chris' opinion Jay. Don't even bother with the 1/8, all your gonna do is spin spin spin. Try to make it to the AMG Private Track Rental. :whistle:

It's cheaper and way closer for you to attend. Get on the waiting list cause i know there's going to be lot's of last minute cancellations.

Jay, what was your previous best 1/4 mile time? And what do you expect with your new set up?

 

With this car I have never had a pass.. I drove to Arizona last year for the rumble but I had mixed match tires and it was unsafe to run.. But you can ask CMW's Scott and his Dad Bob I use to run a lot at Terminal Island... And back in the days on Avalon in the street racing days.. I am very anxious to get it on..

Brute it all depends on how well I can get this baby to grab... Traction is my only down fall.. I am hope low to mid 11's... She is an animal but if I spin of the line my times will suffer..

 

We will have 1/4 and 0-60 times shortly, we are currently reserving a track and will video the day

Wow! Sounds good, can i take part on this day? For a good demonstration on how a N/A SRT (mine) does against a blown SRT (Techco).

Cam, this sounds bad ass how many SRT's are going?
