its the trans mount i guarranty, my clutch is modular also and I didn't resurface my starter plate and I have over 100k. Trust me change the mount back to stock and see if it does it

i didn't have any problem with the mount when we installed ours, not saying it isn't, but if you don't align the balance marks you will have all kind of problems.

Well i did change the tranny mount to the stock one and it did make a big difference but theres a very very very slight vibration it might be fine its basically how it used to be
its a modular clutch so it will only go on one way cause of the offset hole

Yep... It's no Ferrari $12,000 clutch. :dunno2: It's not going to be "perfect", no performance part is, that I have found.

i haven't done a clutch on my srt yet, but i will throw in my experience from my last car.

my last car was a 2001 tiburon. i was pushing about 250whp so it def. wasn't stock.

anyway, i went through two clutchs. 4puc clutchmasters, and 6puc ACT.

In the beginning i was on stock mounts with both clutchs, and no vibration. i had 100% solid mounts made (all steel, no poly) and then i would experience vibration at idle and it would go away as rpms went up.

I went to a poly front mount and the vibration went down dramatically.

I didnt want to read through all the posts but did you just change the clutch and it was ok? How many miles on the car? I got a friend who has the same problem but we think its the slave cylinder. He had a clutchmaster stage 4, 4 puck. It got destroyed, bad. Had burn marks all over it and pieces missing from the pads, it only had about 3k miles on it with little abuse. He got it rebuilt at a shop that specializes in truck pull clutches. Still had vibrations and problems.

yea i went to a non modular clutch and all is good i will never use a modular ever again its a POS design and comes to find out all the modulars will not sit flush and it will wobble ive tested this on different motors and different flexplates and different clutches so saying than a non modular clutch is the way to go
