What exatly does this do? HP/TQ increase? What is involved in install as I am a DIY type of guy, and are there any special tools required for install? I am interested.

Im not real sure, we havent installed one on a cherokee. there seems to be more room in that area than with the LX's. I would think that you might be able to pull it straight off with a pulley/puller without moving anything, but I am not sure.
I hope so I will remove the fan shroud and see I just dont want to remove the radiator it makes a mess-LOL plus I'm lazy. I have found that heating up the UD pulley with a torch (for just a few seconds) made it ALOT easier to slide the UD pulley on

Yes, but it will decrease boost. You want an overdrive with a blower usually. The group buy is over, but the pullies are still on sale for the holidays.
