I had to get the magnum towed recently and when they towed it they used the rear wheel lift. During the transport the front end was hitting the ground and almost got pulled completely off. Luckily for me! the tow truck driver owned up to it and now I'm getting a brand new frontend!!! woohoo!! It was already cracked on one side so I was kinda glad when it happen. Now I dont have to foot the bill for it.

Yikes, with so many cars lower to the ground these days you hardly even see hooks any more.

    Mike,

WTF man? You MUST request/require a flat bed. Did you go through Chrysler towing? If so, I am very surprised they did not send a flat bed.

Glad all worked out for you. Who are you going to have do the work? Loid's I hope?

Yeah even with my pickup truck which would be fine with a hook i still insist on a roll back. I pay AAA enough a year they can send a roll back.

Also i had messed up my front bumper by hitting some dude in a van ( my only accident and he insisted we don't call the cops!:thanks:) when some lady backed into me and cracked it i was thrilled to get the viper bumper with no money out of pocket!!!!

What Ron said. If you check the manual there's no tow points, it says the car should be put on a flatbed only, no front or rear towing. Glad the driver owned up for ya!!

Automotive impressions is putting it on. Still gotta hold off on the full paint job till I find out if I'll have a job next year.
