Anybody taken a new MyGig radio system and put in their charger? I was wondering if one would fit in my 06 charger. I am betting it would, but would like to know for sure. I know the only difference is the HD and touchscreen from what I have.
was the mygig available as a factory option for '06? If it wasnt you will need an adapter for it. There are successful installs of a mygig in a patriot and calibers that I know of with the aid of the adapter Adapter is the lockpick
you getting it for free? cause thats the only reason i would have one over the pioneer or other multiple after market units.
No they were not an option in 06, from what I can tell. I have one "just" like it, EXCEPT for the touchscreen and HD. I have the big screen, with navigation and 6 disc cd changer. J
I still have so many little questions about this. Like my 06 has nav, a mic and sat radio. So, I shouldn't need those....I can just use my factory antennas and mic for that... correct? The pics above has a storage compartment at the bottom, mine doesnt. I don't remember what mine has. I figure it will cost me nearly 1k to do this. Now I just have to decide if it's worth that. I was hoping to keep it cheaper. oh well... Oh forgot to add..........nice install!! It looks good.
