As far as I know, there weren't any changes to the shifter from 06-present so you should be good to go. <--- my bad... I think there were changes! If that's the case, are the sleeve/ball still useable on earlier models?!?! Jeff, check PM... I just looked at the Hurst website... the sleeve is engraved with "Hurst", and the plate has the Hurst emblem on it... as does the handle/ball. This looks SWEET! It would be REAL nice to have a Hurst shifter in the floor. I think the console plate is what limits the year. Maybe we could "impress" Hurst to make a console plate to pick up 3 more years of compatibility to the LX.
How much could we get just the ball and sleeve for?!?! Or how much flim-flamery would it take to get the plate to fit earlier models?!?! I need answers as I'm ready to submit a cc# to get this thing ! I love it! MPSC?!?!
We have been told that Hurst is actually working on a kit for the older models as well as for the new Challenger.

Hurst states that they should have the kit available in the begining of 09'. (For the 06' and up models). We'll just have to wait and see.
