this is the stock intercooler on the PT what do you think looks better, exposed intercooler or the stock grill Edit: heres a photochop of the cruiser im having mixed feelings about it.
I'm gonna vote for stock...(covered) The uncovered one stands out more with the black car, I think if you uncover it with the white car it will just blend in. Just my .02.
Leave it covered. A lot of that car is the style. You could take it off if it's important to make sure people see the intercooler but the car looks like it's missing a piece of the front facia. Now maybe if you had a custom intercooler made to follow the lines of the grill from above the bumper...
another deciding factor of leaving it or not will be when a bigger IC goes on. if it fits behind i may leave it or not or it my have to come off. but for right now im still unsure. i like the look of it exposed, but then the cruiser has a certain style. cant make up my mind. and thanks for everyones input so far. i may endup doing some photoshop tomarrow and see what it may look like.
the one thing i've always hated about the cruiser is the top and bottom grill.. i sawy expose it, but paint the IC black, so itll just look like an opening.. and then do something with the top grill.
