Nah. It's got nothing to do with the inverter. (BTW- the inverter died upon 2nd use during Hurricane Ike. The install was so awesome, it took me 2 hours to dig the damn thing back out. LOL I'll be returning this one (again), and picking up a REAL inverter. One that powers up more than 3 times.)
Ok. last shot (actually 2 of them). 1) It keeps something lit/running during a short power interruption like when you crank the starter. 2) It lets you unlock your car (one time) with the fob even when the battery is dead.
Sorry I didn't update this, folks. It was a BRILLIANT idea.........that didn't work for this application. Over the weekend, the TicTac box met the Dremel.
