That would depend on where you're measuring the psi wouldn't it? If you measure in the manifold then 10psi would be the same whether it was delivered to the manifold through a straw or a 4" pipe. Granted the blower pushing it through the straw would be working way harder so the parasitic loss would be huge (as would the pressure at the blower end). Where do they usually measure psi? at the blower or in the manifold?
