Haha, I think it would work. They'd probably need to license it as a motorcycle to get around crash requirements Not sure where the heater gets hot air from? Not sure how I'm going to power the cigarette lighter to light my cigar? If you got in a wreck and it broke the valve off the air tank you might go really fast for a short distance.
