first race is funny ...he went in reverse... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hbi2HcCgFkw second, he gets it right: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-8jGvt64CwA Now, I love the new Challenger, before you guys want to beat me to death, and own a SRT8 Charger, so I'm a Mopar fan myself. I'm thinking his 14.0 run is gonna be about what the R/Ts will run for most people. Once he figured the car out, he had some decent passes.
high 13s to mid 14s is probably Chally RT territory depending on the track and a fair driver......that C-6 was well modded I am assuming.....
Yeah, the C6 has H/C, headers, exhaust, cai and tune, 450rwhp. I thought the 14.0 was pretty good for the R/T as alot of the 08 SRT Challengers are barely in the mid 13's (some are lower stock, but not many...track runs, not magazine numbers).
That seems damn good for a C6, the other night i saw a C6 run an 11.97 anfter 3 passes in the 12's. I didn't get achance to see what he had done but he was on street tires. But then again he'd have got beat by a certain torred charger that ran an 11.85 that was very simlplw mods, it was quite impressive.
I just saw where a Chally R/T ran 13.6 stock on another forum! I guess we will see how Lisa does this weekend, but I think sub 14 stock should be pretty easy....the rwhp is only about 30 less than most SRT's dyno at stock.
Good kill on the C6. On stock runflats, my C6 ran a best of 11.41 before those tires got too bald to hook. Then I ran a best of 11.37 on PS2s, now I have a set of MT drag radials that I've yet to do better than the street tires on. My best on those are 11.39...
