I was at a friends house for their daughters Bday party, when I was asked to give him a lift to go get 2 six ft subs for the party. Well When I left, I noticed the driveway kind of sucked and they way i parked I was leaving the Driveway nose first. I checked everything, cool... So I begin to make my turn and there is traffic in front of me, and i make a right turn, It seemed like I gauged my turn correctly, when My passenger rear wheel went off the curb and then landed on the ground.

There was no noises of scraping or ANYTHING, and I continued on my way. We got get the subs and on the way back when I am opening the hatch, I noticed some nasty scuff marks and crap on the bumper on that passenger side. needless to say, i scratched it pretty bad, and am really upset about it, because I cannot afford to fix it.

So tomorrow night, I am gonna clay bar, polish and wax the car and see if I can buff out the area and maybe smooth it out a bit.

I didnt crack the bumper, just scratch the **** out of it, It can be easily fixed if one had the money to do so.

I never hurt any of my cars and now this happened at the worse time ever.

I know the car is dirty, but all the white scratches you can see clearly

I hope it does, I can feel some of the area with my finger nails. I am just glad its in a spot that isn't TOO noticable. as I may get away with a quick fix just so i can save up money to really fix it.

And if it doesn't buff out, it shouldn't be that expensive to fix. My wife had something similar happen to her G37 from a retread tire. Almost exact location, and very similar damage. Only cost us $300 to get fixed.

Sorry to hear man, I know the feeling of hurting your ride. But it could be worse. I feel for ya buddy.....

That doesn't look too bad...plust it's on the bottom and not too noticeable. It could have been a lot worse, like right smack dab on the middle of your front bumper. :dumb:

that suxors.. i saw ya driving yesterday around the mall.

it doesn't look TOO bad though, most ill buff out and therea a couple things you could do until you can afford to really fix it.

you could match the underside (since its not really noticable) to the texture and the matte color of the actual diffuser.. will blend in nicely and wont show any of the scrapes. just do both sides if you go that route or itll look like a turd LOL.
