The easiest id by removing the inner fender well. That will expose a direct path to the Foglight.

You can do it by removing the belly pan, but IMO it is easier and faster to remove the inner fender skirt.

I have never notice a screw in the front? Maybe that is an adjustment screw?

The inner fender skirts have plastic tabs. I think you will need a flat screwdriver and needle nose pliers. Remove the tabs that go up the fender skirt and towards the engine bay, and the skirt will bend enough for you to access the the foglight. The bulb twists out.

I think the screw on the front is an adjustment screw. It is on my skittle, so I assume it is the same on the charger. You have to get to the back to pull the bulb out, too replace it. Good luck, if it's anything like the neon, it's gonna be a PITA.

The jeep is easy just turn the wheel opposite direction and you can reach right in and change the bulb so on the LX is it not possible to do the same or is the fender well in the way

If its what hes thinking of, its the screw that is located directly above the light if your on the ground looking up at the bottom of the main piece of the bumper.

Either way ron said will work. You can removed the bottom plastic pieces or the wheel well...i went from under the car but i also had mine up on a lift when i put my HID's in....once you get to em its cake...

if your doing it with the car on the ground though the wheel well is really your best bet
