Hey!!!!!!! Will it be a 4 wheel dyno?? There are some Jeep including myself that want some tuning and changes.
DAMNIT!!! If only he was here the same days next month or the month after....prob won't get my Jeep back from Vortech this month....and still wouldn't give me enough time to get heads/cam/headers/manifold put on my Jeep before he arrived.... CRAP!!! Wonder when his next trip to SoCal is
AWD Dyno's DynoJet dyno's in So Cal.......... http://www.dynojet.com/dyno_centers/list_automotive.aspx Just back out 2-3 degrees.......your tuned for free!
I will second that, 8,000 miles on my 2006 charger and over 4,000 of them driving to Southern CA, to get work done on it.
The original post has been updated with full details! Dyno location has been chosen as STACK Performance. Please see the main post for more details. Yes, the dyno at STACK Performance is a 4 wheel DynoJet, so please feel welcome to sign up if you have an AWD vehicle! I would imagine that it won't be for a long time as he's going to pretty darn busy with his new shop, I'm sure. Have all the other goodies shipped via overnight, tell Vortech to hurry up a little bit and then slap everything on in a 24 hour marathon.. problem solved! :magic: If you'd like me to add you on to the list, let me know! I'm not quite sure if he'll have time to go to Northern California this time around, but you'll have to ask DynoSteve to know for sure. -R
well I just payed for my supercharger so I dout I will have the cash toinstall it for a little plus the price of the tune and other items. So its better this way, When all my ducks are in a row I will shoot them all down at once
Yea I should be added to the list since I gotta get tunned anyways but I have prior arrangements with DynoSteve.
I spoke with Steve and if you have an existing F/I tune (such as a Vortech tune), he can adjust and tweak it for $475.00 plus dyno time as it does not have to be completely rewritten. The dates have changed very slightly, Steve is flying in to the states on Friday, October 24th and we'll be setting up the dates shortly so I need to get everybody on the list ASAP. Please PM me or post if you'd like to get tuned as this is your only chance and time is running out! Steve is going to Ohio directly after tuning here in Southern California, and unless you want to trailer your car to Ohio, I'd suggest that you'd get on the list to seize the opportunity now. -R
Will he be there for the "SoCal Show n Pull" event at Stack on the 26th? That would be great and would fit in well. Put me on this list if he will be there on the 26th.
For now, Sunday the 26th will not be a tuning day. The 26th is a Show N Pull just like our last event. We'll have a car show and Dyno Competition with trophies. The 25th has been reserved for tuning. As soon as I hear from Randy or Steve on any of the details, I'll let everyone know. For now, I do not have any details as I have not been brought into the loop on times or appointments. Looking forward to seeing everyone Sunday and I'll fill you in as soon as I have more info on Steve's CMR Tuning days.
