Inching my way to the 11's

    Well went to a event at Thompson Raceway today thinking to get in a couple quick runs, ended up 11 hours for 4 runs, I had John Blk6.1 with me for 1/2 the time and he left and then Witvhy Wendy pulls in and starts preping here car to run and we stayed till the end.

    But I am inching my way down to the 11's, a couple weeks ago it was 12.06 and today it was 12.03

    OH gezzzis Al, that's almost there. Man, I'm glad I'm not the only guy going through the oh so close blues........it sucks. :thongue2:

    Way to go Al! Going to the CR track day at D42 on Oct. 25? I'm sure you would get 11's that day.

    Great run man!!! What was the DA?

    How much has the trans cooler and oil cooler helped you power wise?

    DA was 1400-1500

    Trans Cooler is for protection from the added heat of a high stall torque converter not really performance

    Oil cooler helps protect the oil from high heat but could help a little with power keeping engine temps down

    To be honest I really don't even know, I am usaully so busy setting data loggers and burning out and staging most of the time I never pay attention whats next to me.
    Can't wait till I get everthing dialed in so I can just pay attention to racing
