I may eventually do gears, but will wait and see how others like it and what, if any issues will arise with the taller gears. With traction at a premium already, I really wonder if installing gears makes sense for daily street driving/racing.
I did not read through the entire thread, but have these gears been tested on a daily driven car? How do we know that the TCM and PCM are going to like the gears? I know a year or so ago others tried to do gears, but could not get them to work. I am becoming more and more sceptical of these vendors that post up "Coming Soon" products that have not been R&D'd. Especially when it ends with "Pricing coming soon".
Then get over there and read it all!!! KIDDING.... Also Ron I thought you like being a R&D car for things that just come out...(Cough cough GSM cough cough) 1bwn4dr... Now I am running off....
I thought that you might like that one... That's an oldie but a GOODIE!!! :smart: Hey even Scott thought that was funny at SEMA a few years back..... :miner:
Great! Now I can spin the tires in 1st even faster! I'd have to agree that we need a reasonably priced LSD before gears.
Agreed, $1700 for a LSD is really a hit in the can!! Can ANYONE group buy these at a reasonable price????
