We have two dates setup for the month of October. Stack Performance is conducting a Car Show as well as a Dyno Competition. Get your baseline and top speed and compete to win up to $750 dollars cash for you and your team. Dates: October 5th, 2008 || October 26th, 2008 The Show and Dyno Competition starts at 9am. RULES: • All Dyno-Pulls will be conducted by Stack Performance Staff only. The Dyno bays will be off limits to all non-staff members. • Dyno Results will remain confidential until conclusions have been reached and winners are announced. • SP Dyno Disclaimers must be signed by all participants prior to competition. • The use of Nitrous Oxide will not be permitted. • ALL participant tires will be inspected prior to the competition and any excessive wear will result in immediate disqualification. (decisions are final, no exceptions) • ALL Dyno Participants must provide proof of insurance and current Drivers Lic. • ANY and ALL modifications must be disclosed on SP Entry Form. • Vehicles must have adequate level of fuel prior to staging for Dyno. (participants who run out of gas on Dyno will be disqualified. (no exceptions) • If one member is disqualified, remaining team members will be allowed completion of Dyno pulls, but will not be eligible for Dyno prizes. TEAMS: This is a TEAM EVENT. • Each team will consist of 3 cars. • Each Team must contain at least (1) 5.7L, (1) 6.1L and all member vehicles must be Late Model Chrysler Chassis. • If you have questions regarding your TEAM, please call us directly at 714-630-5055. These rules will be strictly enforced to ensure fairness for all participants. • Stack Performance can aid in finding team members for you, if desired. (Dyno Pull Participants will automatically be entered into Car Show) • The best run (Highest HorsePower) of each Team Member will be averaged for a combined TEAM total. • Fees are Non-Refundable • Car Show entry fee is $5.00 (For Non-Dyno Competitors) CAR SHOW: • Car Show is open class. • Cars will be judged on cleanliness, originality, paint quality, and attention to detail. • Cars will be judged by Stack Performance staff members. • 1st and 2nd place trophies will be awarded. PRIZES: • $75 from each Dyno Team will be entered into a pot. The winning team will share this pot. (IE, if we have 10 teams, the pot will be $750) • Car Show participants will be awarded trophies for 1st and 2nd place. Hot Dogs and Sodas will be provided during the event. Just in from Ryan from Stack Performance: - Hello all, Our original intent was to have a fun day and share some hospitality. Apparently the perception is that our dyno price is too high. Since we still intend to have a fun day with some friends and badass cars, we are more than happy to host the event with a lower entry fee of $100. $25 of each $100 will now be entered into the pot, thus $75 per team. Again, the Dyno Competition fee will be lowered to $100 instead of the original $150. We hope this will satisfy those that felt the fee was excessive. -Rhino/Stack. Also, we are limiting each team to (one) Supercharged Vehicle.
I'm in....add me to the list. Do I have to pick a day or does it involve both days? Is the car show part of the team competition and the winings....or is it only the dyno totals? Or....Is the Car Show a completely different event?
