SO glad I saw the post over there about this site. I've never been banned, had an infraction or anything like that, but participated in a couple of posts that got closed because someone got some sand in their Vagisil... Steve/general confusion getting banned over there definitely got my attention and wasn't at all cool in my opinion. I had my own beef with Steve, and not only did we settle like gentlemen, he helped me out when I was buying my M-B S55 AMG with opinions, tech information, etc. The ongoing vendor silliness expedited my egress too. There's always gonna be disagreements and whatnot but the knee-jerk lawsuit lawsuit lawsuit response and status quo crap was rubbin' me a little raw. A ban fest complete with deleting threads (instead of just locking them) was Orwellian to me... Let's see where this all goes, I'm looking forward to it... Matty

THAT'S a welcome!!! You don't have to like or even agree with someone to know when something is just wrong. Evidently we're not worthy of the gory details, but the whole reindeer vendor game was nonsense. I'd be uber pissed if someone was bad mouthing the product that I make that puts food on my family's table and a roof over their heads and the person with the power to stop it was making me jump through hoops and making sure the "i's" are dotted and the "t's" crossed while this is all goin' on. Signing up "phony" accounts and some harsh language in a PM/e-mail would be on the low end end of the escalation scale for yours truly... I'm very glad to see some quality vendors getting on board here too, and if any are waiting to see what's gonna happen here, I'd get on board here sooner rather than later...this forum's gonna blow up but big, QUICK!
