Phase 3 (actually phase 4) Started!!! SCORPION SRT

So as some of you may know i started 2 phases already on the upgrades of my scorpion & here comes another... some of these have already been installed or started...

1. Installed Led Ram head from Tony (crazylikeacharger) (FINISHED)

2. Getting my suede headliner installed including visors/pillars. (PICS on PAGE 9/ POST 83)

3. Painting my bottom door pannels. etc. w/ Black ones (PICS on PAGE 9/ POST 83)

4. Tinted fog lights (FINISHED)

5. Tinted side markers (FINISHED)

6. Dynamat'n the inside of my car, Doors/Headliner while its stripped (PICS on PAGE 9/ POST 83)

7. SRT8 break light decal (FINISHED)

8. Sequential turn signals (FINISHED)

9. Painting all my interior peices Metallic Viper Blue (FINISHED)

10. Painted Calipers w/ G2 Blue Caliper Kit then Viper Blue to match interior (FINISHED)

11. Purchased new Brembo Decals & finished with Clearcoat over them (FINISHED)

12. Billet Technology Catch Can (FINISHED)

13. Billet Technology SRT Shifter (FINISHED)

15. Billet Technology Power Steering SRT Polished cap (FINISHED)

14. Billet Technology DIPSTICK Polished with oil engraving (FINISHED)

1. Kenwood DNX8120

on my list is one hell of a story. I ordered it online "SHOPPING AROUND" finally found it at a cheaper price (not ebay) and when i ordered it the website said "IN STOCK"... waited a couple days after ordering thinking they would send me shipping conformation and no one answered. left voicemail. Finally get a call 2 days later with a rep trying to sell me a Kenwood 7120..... wtf??? i wanted a DNX8120 i told him. He said well the company has been on backorder for months now but we have a shipping conformation from KENWOOD to be arriving in a couple of days.... not wanting to cancel it and have to shop all over again i said okay... well of corse a couple days passed and no head unit. I called to cancel and still havent received my money back. Disputing it tomorrow with my bank (which i work for) so ill be ordering it as soon as i get my money back



2. Redfox Racing Seat Massagers...

Nathan hooked me up with a sweet deal for these a while back. Never got around to installing them since u have to open up my seats. which brings me to number 4 on my list (yes i know i skipped number 3) lol...



3. Strut covers/ Strut bar

Still deciding on which ones to get. I havent decided on which ones to get since i know i have to modify my hood. (STRUT BAR)



4. SHARK SKIN Seat Inserts.

Still have the material on order. As soon as it gets to the shop im puttng my car back in. only draw back on the shop is that i had glue residue on my back right window when he was doing the headliner. But he paid for it to be fixed. Didnt wana spend 2-3hrs tryin to take it off and might mess it up in the process neways so i had some "WARRENTY WORK" with the shop that installed it and the interior shop paid the fee for the replacement.

That sounds awsome, would a SRT Jeep be welcome at something like that?

 

Jump on our website. Our club is mainly for LX's only... but we do make exceptions. we have a srt 10 truck and a Red SRT Jeep. when u log on put (special approval) and send a comment to 300CSRT8 (PREZ) and send it to me also. and we will go from there.

oh i know... the damn car came that way... and if i take it off theres some problems... holes in my bumper which i can cover or just replace the front facia (not worth that money). Then i have to deal with the local PD... they love to pull you over for no plate. but thank you for the compliment.

Dude...I've always had a front plate too, figure less trouble with the bored local PD. And I always get grief over it. :bigwink:

It keeps changing on me

Car is in the shop getting stripped.

 

NO car tonight... Mad but glad i caught it now

So i went to go see my car early. Shop told me they were going to be done at 11:00-12:00. Yes tonight. So i went and took a sneak peak while they were working... i jumped in and scraped the side of my bottom part of the drivers side... IT SCRATCHED UP THE PAINT!!! OMG. i almost cried... so with our nails we started scratching and it all sucked. The top paint that we purchased sucked!!! So hes redoin all of it and still there. I think he lives at his shop and has 2 guys there helping. So hes stripping and prepping tonight and painting later on.... so not that much longer.

YOU SHOULD SEE MY HEADLINER!!!!! OMG!!!!!!!!! No pics. i dont want to spoil the fun. lol. So i will be sleeping sad today... but everything thats great comes with a wait!!!
