are you running a v-tec in yours??? Dahahaha!! Looks like I might take a road trip to warren to see you dave.
Let me know when you're going...I may meet up with you. And yes, the car pulls like a mother upto 6500ish.
Thats cool. Anymore I find myself shifting below 4k, I think my peak power falls off after 5k. Good news is I haven't bounced off of my rev limiter since I've had my car back, but then again I'm running my stock convertor til I get that mess straightened out.
That sounds awesome Dave. I would really like to hear some results of people that have this done so more of us can have a better understanding of how this will actually affect the way our vehicles perform. Will you be able to raise shift points on the jeep?
We all know who that is....lol!!! Thats GotStroke.......he just got into the MB's. Dave is making hay while the sun is shining!!!
sounds like dave has some similar complaints as do i!!!! good question dave!!! i can't wait to hear the answer!!!
That wasn't a complaint. I was just wondering 'cause that's the sort of thing us lightly (or not at all) modded guys might want. Whatever the "standard/base" TCM tune has and then whatever personal preference things you want to specify. Something like suppressing upshift at partial/no throttle would be pretty popular I think. The "clueless" part is because that or like stuff might all be in the PCM.
