This new revision contains a few new things, including the long awaited support for the 08 JGCSRT8 calibrations.

    Also included are:

*Support for new 5.7L 2006 calids

    *Support for 2008 SRT8 Jeep calid 05030375af

*Revised tunes for ALL applications for better launch and better fuel economy plus better wot shifts on SRT8's cars.

*ESP mode changed to dyno mode in the quick adjust menu.

This will mean a few things. Most 06 5.7s will be required to do a calibration update with this new crom. We also removed the option for raised shift points on 08 cars, as it does not work due to changes in the TCM programming.

    Enjoy!

    Thanks
    Mike

I have been waiting for the new revision hoping it would change the shift points for daily driving. I quickly installed the new revision and it still shifts at 1,500 to 1,750 RPM. Around town the car just bogs down at these RPM's.

The described changes talk about "better fuel economy" which is nice, but I would gladly trade it for higher RPM shifting. Is there still a revision yet to come that will allow us to better control the TCM?

    What vehicle do you have?
You should be able to raise shift points in any application but GCSRT8.

Yeah, I'd have updated months ago....

    Thanks
    Mike

Shifting is cleaner and it seems to get out of the hole better (even at 105 degrees).

What about the Real-time diagnostics? I'm very interested in learning more. I didn't see a manual for them. I tried it with air/fuel and played back and got .07 with a peak at .08 .09 once. What does that mean?

How do I download if I have a CMR tune? Do I just go to the website, dowload DS Downloader, download to my hard drive then to my Predator to update and re-install my tune or do I have to go back to the place that did my CMR and have it updated?

If you have a CMR tune there is no need to do the update unless you dont like your CMR tune and want to try the new revision. If you want to download just do what you posted in your first sentence.

If you do update, be sure to restore the stock tune first.
Also make sure you have a copy of your custom tune saved to the PC before you restore as it will erase the tune from the Predator.

    Thanks
