Enjoy………………… the races go in this order Race 1: No Nitrous 12.9 (just installed tune) Race 2: 75 Shot and the N/A tune .. 12.1…..dropped .8ths of a second…..WOW!!!! (running this at the Grudge Races) Race 3: 100 shot and Nitrous Tune…12.0 (just installed tune) Race 4: 125 Shot and Nitrous Tune ….11.9 (6-7 feet of tire spin then hook) Race 5: 125 Shot and Nitrous Tune….11.8 (6-7 feet of tire spin then hook) The truck kept getting stronger and stronger on the 125 shot, the 4th run from talking to dynosteve is when the best results will happen because the computer is set. The track closed after my 5th run …….I believe I could of seen 11.7 on that 6th run. What has surprised me the most was the fact that the tune I am running is actually a safe Nitrous tune that dynosteve did for me in DuBois. He had one that made a lot more power and would out perform this tune by an easy .4ths but I stand a higher risk of hurting half shafts, tranny ect… with that tune. So I went the safe route. Makes me wonder what the hotter tune and a progressive controller would yield??:shifty:…..but I am very happy! [/IMG]
WOW! Congratulations Kayce! 11 Second Club! Very cool my friend and another sweet video to boot! Truck sounds killer too bro.
Haha, just keeps getting better and better! I figured out what happened with the camera placement last time. You were in the left lane.. Stay with the right lane. The driver's side rear view works perfect!
Thanks Milan I appreciate it, now when cool weather gets here you'll soon be joining the club but NA! Thanks!!!..... Yeah the right lane is great for the camera, sometimes I don't get to choose the lane because the Grudge Races allows your opponent who gets in front of you to pick the lane. We partner up Nose to Tail, if I'm up front I always choose right, but is is a crap shoot if my opponent gets to choose first.
Welcome to the 11 second club Kayce. Glad to see some times from your GC. As always, thanks for sharing Kayce. Cool.
Hey Kayce, I bought JMatt's halfshafts and hope to be runnin' DR's by the end of the season...hope hope. So, I should see something better on those slips!
Milan I don't think you need to hope! Half shafts and DR's on top of the number you showed me a few months back will require you to fix your Siggie to an 11 second badge!!!!! I'm rooting for ya!!!!
Hell yeah Kayce, thats awesome man. You are really smokin some cars now. I noticed most of your runs have a little tire spin. Once you get that under control you will pull consistent 1.6 60's and be in the mid 11s no problem. What tire pressure were you running?
Thanks Chris!....34psi back 37psi front, I'll need more seat time with the 125 shot or go with another window switch, which I'm scared to do since the last one was a piece of crap and would work when it wanted to!
Damn man - your Jeep hauls some serious A$$!!! Major props for the good video to document it too! Eric
