Can this possibly work?

Aright. I was just watching horsepower TV, and the episode was on how to increase hp without hurting your wallet. They had a charger SRT8 that showed a 9 hp increase and 15 tq increase on a dyno using this stuff called PX3 Xtreme Oil Booster. Anyone have any experience with it? lol it is not a miracle additive.

I use the CMW Motorsports oil additive and their own oil and have seen increase in HP.

This is do to better coatings on the cylinder walls which gives less friction, thus less heat. This is what recaptures the HP.

You can find the same affects with Royal Purple...

 

So if I use 100 bottles of PX3, I'll gain 900hp? jk:dunno2:

 

royal purple is good stuff. i swore by it when i still had my acura. ive only done 1 oil change in the SRT and put in mobil 1:dumb:. gauranteed ill use the royal purple again next oil change.

I've used Royal Purple and Mobil 1 with no discernible difference. At least, nothing that can be felt.

 

I've been told that it has pros and cons... one bad thing is that it actually thins the oil out thus causing less friction due to thinner oil, but the protection is questionable in thelong run?

The public wants proof!!!! guess it'll take more people to try it out before it really takes hold. I saw it too and had some questions about it....
