So last night at my weekly late night meet. I was approached by, not one, not two, three, or four, but five Mufftangs (3) 04' Snakes, (1) 05' automatic GT with the Saleen Xtreme Blower kit, and (1) 5.0) They were all friends of ricers I had previously beat. I had to let out a chuckle when they said, "so we heard that you were the one to beat on the streets." I was like WTF, is this some sort of Fast & the Furious reality show ??? They meant business though. Only thing is the pussies wouldn't admit to what they had, they all claimed to be almost stock, but little birdies (very trustworthy ones) told me otherwise. First up were the Snakes. Laser Red Snake: Spun out at 65mph, he got the jump obviously, and held on to about a car and a half lead. The only thing that surprised me was I couldn't hear that infamous Snake blower scream, but man that thing was beastly sounding.(1 Loss) Black Snake: Spun out at 65, again. Stayed even while spinning, then once I hooked up left him and let off after putting about 3 cars on him. (1 win) Silver Snake: This one was fun !!!! We raced four times. The first two I got him by 2 cars, no problem. Then as I was pulling up for the third run I noticed the driver was reaching down for something. He came back up and we went at it. This time he put two cars on me. WTF !?!?!?! :hypno: Same result for the fourth race. Found out he has a Whipple kit that allows for a boost controller. Next is 05' GT with Saleen blower: One race, spun out again at 60mph hit limp mode and the ass left his hazards on the whole time. I was even with him while spinning out unti I went limp. I will get him next time. Last is the 5 POINT SLOW:Feeling cocky at this point. Gave him the go with 2 car head start from a 65 roll. Caught him, passed him, and put about 7 cars on the poor guy. Ryan, that is a common thing all across the board now a days. Even when I go to Long Beach. I run into the same bullshyt !!!! The guy in the GT from last night was the worst. I asked if he had a blower, he started laughing and turned to his friends and said "este guey, next thing you are gonna wanna pop hoods!!!" :huh: I was like, ummmm............. yeah............. My response was "You can tell what I have just by looking at the sticker on my hood that reads "426"." He just walked away. Fucking dumbass !!!!!

Luis, I have NEVER heard of a boost controller for a Super Charger. I call BS on that one. (But then again, I could be wrong. lol) What the Snake did was turn on the Juice. Even if you looked under the hood, the N2O is easily hidden. Remember, N2O is mucho ILLEGAL in Cali. Cops WILL tow and impound a car on the bottle. Go cruise the Mustang/SVT forums. I will bet they are laughing at you right now. Anyway, you held your own brotha. Those Stang owners WILL think twice about taking on an SRT8 now. haha Hmmm maybe I need to bring 1bad4dr out for a weekend. hahahahahaha

haha Yup, N2O... With N2O if you keep the juice on, then let off the gas, you can detonate the raw N2O to throw flames. I watched a buddy of mine do that exact same thing last weekend. lol Only reason why I now know this. hehe And he did it unpurpose. You've been had brother.
i would also say he opened his bottle after losing to you twice. needed to save face. nitrous on a street race is kinda weak, especially when the other guy is running na. i would have to add onto what ron said though, there are a couple other ways to get flames from your exhaust, n20 is one, raw power is another. look at dyno runs for na or fi rides, ie mustangs, corvettes, lsxers, they all will spit flames.

Last time I looked at a Creat 426 it was around $14k But I'm pretty sure u can build one cheaper if u bought the parts ur self and had someone that was good at building engines put it together.
