I have noticed that the Bee is starting to feel kinda sluggish. I dont know if I am getting use to the power and need more or if its learning my driving habits. Does it really help to reset the adaptives or am I just wasting my time? The reason I ask is I will probably have to sit in the car for 30 minutes to figure out where on the Predator that is.

Its real easy to find on the predator Mr Smith.
Plug it in, go to perf tune, Then choose modify parameters. then choose Transmission, then choose reset adaptives, Then escape, then escape again, then Install tune.
Do the key dance and your golden!

Although I never do this because my TM settings in CMR are sick and I dont want to change anything.

not sure bud, Ive had no luck with SOTP tuning, I drive my car like I stole it all the time, So I think it has learned to cooperate with me, I dont "Granni" my car so theres no granni adaptives anywhere to leech onto. If alls you show it is pedal mashing thats alls it knows! At least thats I how roll!

Ryan, reset the adaptives. Give it 3 WOT throttle blasts from 1st through 3rd. The first one registers as leaner (or richer..I forget), the second is richer, and the third WOT blast is right about on. The car will feel better for sure.

Its even easier to reset them guys, go straight to the QA menu, select reset tranny adaptives, cycle the key, and its done,
No need for a full reflash....

The Predator resets the TCM adaptives. Although I believe the fuel adaptives adapt very quickly anyway.

The question is, why reset any adaptives anytime? They adapt right? It's not like if they adapt this way they can't later adapt that way unless you reset them right? Only reason I can see to reset adaptives is if you really like the reset state and want to get their faster or get there without driving the way that would put you there. Isn't this how it works?

Let's say when you reset the TCM adaptives you get state A.
If you then drive (and shift) like your grandma you end up in state B.
If you were to do Steve's break-in routine you would end up in state C.

States A, B, and C are all different from each other.

If you want C and have ended up in B then just doing the routine should get you back to C.
If you drive like grandma you will always end up back in state B after a while.
So (unless there is no way to drive to get it to adapt to state A) why would you ever have to reset the adaptives?

unfortunately for me, i tend to end up at "b" because of all the city driving i have to do in traffic. my commute is short (7 miles) and i rarely get a chance for much wot driving. sooooo, as much as i tried to get to "c" after i installed my rdp tune, i still tend to feel the car want to go towards the "b" spectrum.....
