Tryin' to get my air filter to glow purple. It's blue so I am working with red LEDs. No dice so far but got a couple of cool pics tonight: Tonight I tested with lighting the filter from the bottom. I was testing to see if lighting from inside the filter would work and indeed it will. Amall neon tubes, mulit-directional LEDS (like themap light bulbs) or simply stacking single LEDS in miltiple directions can be doine here as you wont see the light source... just a glow. I will take pics and post when done.
literally just a positive and a nagative. I have over 30 of em on one switch. Most of em are in the car but I have subtleties like one in each fender well, lil red eyeballs in the skully license plate mounts, ect. I wanna play with fiber optic lighting in the headliner one day. yeah, stretch those be flames, man!
