Pop goes the tranny... (no not THAT kind of tranny)

    Why the obsession with 6-speeds? Other than the ability to go 200mph, and maybe get 5-10% better gas mileage, where's the draw of that?

    because people think it's cooler to say that they have a 6 speed?

    and the input shaft is different u would need to get a custom clutch made

    I want a 6-speed for the better gas mileage and to run lower RPM crusing at 80mph.

    If I was worried about people thinking I was "cooler":blowup: I wouldn't be driving a Neon.

    the overall final ratio of the CSRT4 drive train is the same as the NSRT4 so basically you'd be at the same rpm in 5th in the neon as 6th as the caliber.
