Hi, I've just finished going through some of the stories about GSM. Sorry to hear about all the trouble you've gone trough :-(

I guess I've been lucky and I've actually had a pretty good experience with the folks at GSM. They have so far been extremly nice and worked with me to resolve any issues I've had with my car. I do expect to see some issues any time you heavily mod your cars, that's just the nature of extreme mods. But each time the folks at GSM, have worked with me to resolve the probelm and they've even compensated most of the costs for my rental and hotel and even gas each time. I live in AZ and have driven to GSM in CA 3 times, the first time for the awesome tune that Scott did (after ASM couldn't tune my car), the 2nd time for my 392 and bunch of other stuff upgrade and just this pass weekend to check an oil leak and more fine tunning. These guys went out of their way to stay late on the weekend to resolve all my issues.

I'm not trying to bash or falsify any stories here; I'm just sharing my personal 1 on 1 experience with Scott and all other folks at GSM and so far I've been very pleased with these guys.

I hope everything works out for you guys too,

    Cheers,
    Frank
