I took my MBC off my car cuz i sold it and it will be about a week before i get a new BC. So my question is, do i have to cap anything off? Like the 2 nipples on the wastegate or the nipple on the turbo? I figured it would run off the wastegate spring(9psi) but i took it for a drive and it boosted all the way to 20psi before i let off. Then i was taking off from a light and the car bogged like it was going to die. Any help would be great.

    Thanks in advance!

you have to cap off the hole where the mbc was plugged into on the lines. if there's still a hole there you're going to boost very high.

you need to run a vacuum line from the compressor outlet to the bottom nipple of the wg to have it operate at what ever spring pressure you have installed. right now the wg will never open and you will continue to increase in boost until the turbo physically cannot produce anymore.
