I just got back from Predator Performance in DuBois PA and let me tell you……………..WOW!!!!! Dynosteve created two tunes for my Jeep, an N/A tune and a Nitrous tune. My prior best 349hp a month back and today Steve pulled out a 373hp with perfect A/F across the board. Next he moved onto the Nitrous tune and belted out a very safe 477hp and 522lbTQ!!!!!! He could of gained a lot more power by leaning it out more but I was very happy with those numbers and being on the very safe side of the Nitrous tune, I decided this was my tune after Steve asked which direction I would like to go, go up in power with risk of potential mechanical issues or stay, I stayed. The kit was installed by Predator Performance and they did a quality top notch job. I will have pictures tomorrow of the set up. the Nitrous tune was on the 125 jets. These Predator guys know their stuff, super clean and factory looking all the way down to the polished aluminum switch panel in the cubby hole off the left side of the steering wheel in the dash. Definitely top notch Now the fun part, after the dyno tuning, Steve and I went for a little road tuning (he drove) and the first WOT was on the bottle, I have never been in a Nitrous car but Eddie at Southern Hotrod said it very well “It will be violent, not damaging, but Violent in acceleration” and sure as shit Steve hit it WOT and my head was glued to the head rest and the Jeep screamed down this back woodsy straight away like a missle. This has been the first time I have ever got the so called “Tunnel Vision”:shok: due to the rush of acceleration. Then we stopped, put in the N/A and ran back, the new Freaking N/A tune made my previous email tune from RDP seem like garbage (eventhough it wasn’t) I actually said to myself, :hmm:“shit if I knew the dyno tune would of run like this I may of skipped the NOS”…………..then I remembered the Nitrous rush I just had and said “nah you did the right thing!”:thumb2::drool::good: All gears pull like a Freight train N/A and cruising home 125 miles, the tune made the jeep move effortlessly in and out of traffic, hitting half throttle is a instantaneous down shift and gobs of torque and power. Overall I can not express how excited I am to have Steve tune my vehicle and bring all the parts together to make them run as a "well rehearsed symphony" and the Nitrous tune……. well, lets just say, it will make my day and ruin others' when the system is armed. Times coming this week weather permitting. So if you are in need of a tune and have the opportunity to get dyno tuned by RDP DO NOT HESITATE you will not have any regrets. Here are pics and vids of the day. The Video is of “gspot17’s “ sweet looking jeep, beautifully set up on the outside and his interior Nitrous set up is just plain sick. Great to meet you and your dad Greg! The Mad Scientist at work Bryan and Mike from Predator and me in the background.........me kinda camera shy Loading the Predator
I see that his hair is starting to grow back in!!!! Inside joke stemming from a bad California haircut...lol!!!
I am 100% going with tuning from Dynosteve the next available opportunity just because he LOOKS FUCKIN BADASS!!! Can't wait for more of your slaughter videos!!!
Yeah, he wanted a crew cut but....hahaha. He had to take matters into his own hands lol... Nice job again Steve!
very cool kayce!!!! i am loving my email tune he did for me!!! i have to agree with your comment about highway cruising..... part throttle gets a quick and smooth gear drop and the car just takes off!!! i can REALLY feel the difference in performance while on the freeway!!! two thumbs up for dynosteve!!!!!!
Glad to see all the happy people in the forums now. Looking forward to meeting many more of you in the very close future. In Oswego Il currently wrapping the tour, has been fun as Steve has got to know the local police....
Haha, I was wondering about that. How's that work? Is his Aussie driver's license revoked on interpol now? Is there resoprocity? Will he have to get his stuff from home in the middle of the night?
Glad to hear your happier!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bet those numbers would look very nice for a blown SRT8!
