Thank you, Mike. Do you flow test each port to assure they each get the same distribution of both nitrous and gasoline, or might there be pressure drops at the ports closest to the supply lines that would tend to starve the outer ports? And how will you compensate for trash (rust, other impurities) that might tend to plug the passages in these plates?

This is not designed like other direct port injection systems where there is an easily removed and cleaned distribution block/nozzle for each cylinder, and this has internal passages that may be problematic to keep clean and flow balanced.

Yes we did flow test each port to make sure there was equal distribution to each port, the flow ports were designed to minimize clogging issues. This design has been being tested and redesigned several times in the last 3 months and every issue you have addressed has been addressed during the design and manufacturing process. Cleaning couldn't be easier simply remove the nitrous plates then the jet holders spray in throttle body cleaner, soak and blow out with compressed air, again the supply ports are large enough there won't be any clogging issues.

Also if your that worried about unk getting into the system you should be running a high flow Nitrous filter on your tank out put, this will also protect your Noids from crud damage.

Those are very nice looking plates guys, cant wait to see how it runs on Eriks pig

I won't run nitrous or gasoline without filters and neither should you. I'm not worried about plugging the supply ports, but those drilled distribution passages are certainly an area where pluggage could take place, and prompted the question.

Like you, I am eager to see how it runs on Erik's car and how it stands up to the passage of time.

OK so what is the advantage to doing it this way rather than tapping in to your intake manifold. yea no drilling but what else will it do.

Hey Mike, I have a couple quick questions as I am about to put these plates in over the winter.

    1. Looking at how the N20 outlet ports are drilled and the video you have posted, it shows N20 shooting up into the intake manifold vice down into the intake port? Is this by design? If so why?

    2. Do you for see any issues of feeding the entire plate system from the rear, if I connect the front/rear cylinders up through the middle inlet ports? Is there enough volume in the passages to flow fuel/n20 through the entire plate without pressure/distribution issues if I feed from rear only?

    Thanks,

    Chris

i have not got to use them yet but i think these plate are very promessing.hopefully i will get to use them in the next week or so.

i asked the same question and mike told me that when you have air rushing through the manifold the holes actually end up spraying across.

i plumbed all the ports on mine just so that i could jet it like an eight nozzle system. here is some pics.
