Here are some pictures of my intake manifold before, during and after the porting and milling. It is a perfect fit for the Arrington 90mm throttle body now :)

Thanks for you help on this Cam and Jonzmgnm.

Put the throttle body on to check if I need to work on the porting. I need to remove just a touch in the 4 O'clock position but its just about perfect :) Not bad for a goof, lol.

Did it all by hand. Wasnt bad and I enjoyed doing it. This was my first time trying something like this and for any beginner its doable.

Here is my last pictures I swear, lol. Just finished polishing, its super smooth.

I started with a die grinder on an air compressor. Then I switched to drum sanders on my drill. I just took my time and used that paper gasket I made as a rough guide. I went around and around and around, lol. Made it easy to keep it round :) Just take your time, biggest tip.

You will need to seal it with a gasket or sealant. Once you remove the oring groove, you wont have a way for the stock oring to stay in place. Not hard and its a $5 tube of sealant and you are set.

    Thats next :)
