    Hey guys.

As you know I have been in talks with Arrington regarding the 100mm throttle body setup I am wanting for my car.

IT IS A GO and order was placed today. The clincher was the deal they offered me, which was $700 off the cost of one. But this is for one day only and no it will never be this price again. So I asked if I could see if any memeber/owners around the traps could be in on this as well. They said yes.

Now I know it is not for everyone and is not suited for stock manifolds/engines but for those who have something similar to mine, or a big stroker (and manifold), this is the deal for you.

You will deal directly with Arrington, not me and if interested please PM me. I will notify you of Marks details and cost (unless I am allowed to mention it here).

    Daniel.

    Awesome...

Let's keep the pricing behind the scenes as other Vendors who sell the Arlington 90mm may have an issue with this thread.

By all means and I promise to respect those rules as well. This is definitely not meant to breach any rules, just to offer a one time only deal. Thanks for the understanding mate.

Weird. Once they've done the CAD R&D it shouldn't cost them any more than making a 90MM, and would be easy to do them one off.

From what they have stated no. Due to certain complexities of internal electrical components, tolerances and clearances of the throttle blade (% leak by-limp mode etc etc - don't quote me here though), will be hand made as they are needed, individually tested and inspected then sent out.

For me its basically a once off deal I have with Arrington who offered this new proposal to me this morning. I believe the other unit is going on one of their "project" builds.

Sounds like they're getting you to pay for the R&D for their project.

I hope it fullfills your needs.

    Good luck.

Thanks Hal. Yes I totally agree, I am paying for a lot of/all of (less todays discount) the R&D on this and unfortunately that is something I have to accept. Its a one off item which will only be made as they are needed (if at all). I can't see it ever going into mass production due to the TB not fitting to OEM parts.

Its definitely an excessive cost, I totally agree, and I wish more than anything that it was a lot less (although the whole build cost is up there now - I don't want to know :)). However I also realise that if I want to have any chance of reaching the hp targets/track times I/we want, its obviously going to cost me to do so.

I just hope that once its finished I can then leave well enough alone....:)

Was thought of back in 05 when we bought it. At the time, Hennessey was the only one who offered the TT, at 43K minimum. haha And, Hennessey does not have a great reputation within the Viper world.

We have been thinking of doing a Roe S/Cer, but the motor MUST be forged first.
