deleting a paired phone.

just got the new SAMSUNG INSTINCT phone y-day and i dont want my old phone paired to my u-connect.how do i delete my old phone?

 

bump....... interested as well considering my phone just crapped out!!!! lol

 

Well, on my '06 U-connect you push the phone button on the mirror

setup (maybe?)
phone pairing
delete phone
then it lists the currently paired phone and you can say the number of the
phone you want unpaired or you can say all.

You don't even have to unpair the old one if you don't want to. You could just pair the additional one and then (if you wanted to) give it a priority number lower than the old one. It uses the priority if there is more than one paired phone in the car at the same time and it needs to pick one -- like for an incoming call I think? It's pretty smart.
