Steve has Customer Service bar NONE the best I have seen. I would like to thank Steve for giving me the opportunity to see what he can do with his tuning tools. OMFG! She Puuuuuuuuuuuuuuurs like a kitten, but Rooooooooooooooooooars like a Lion. The shifts, well I think I shat myself in the 2-3 gear. lol the ass end pitched three times while placing me into the backseat. lol All this was done via email and phone conversations. Thank you again Steve, you ARE DA MAN!

i agree with this statement fully.... and yes D Steve is the man....got my tune from him bout a week and a half ago :happy:
You are so right Ron!!!! His customer service and response to emails is amazing. As a vendor myself he definetly gets my endorsement!
I have never seen a man so in to his field. He loves it. He did more than 8 pulls on my car with only a CAI and cat-backs, and made constant changes with the CMR software. Then he took my car on a road test and made more changes after that by what he heard. I really hate the fact that it was a Mustang dyno, 'cause my only comparison was to a DynoJet. Nobody wants to post Mustang numbers......lol. Actually I wouldn't care 'cause it is the gain and not the peak I should be interested in. I really liked the way the HP and Torque numbers are smoothed out AND increased across the whole RPM range. Not to even mention the difference in shifting.

It's true...I don't think I've actually met anyone more passionate about any occupation lol.....Steve will work, if needed, into the wee hours of the morning to tune your car properly AND leave you 100% satisfied. He's done it numerous times even when people tell him it's ok...we cna come back lol...nah, let's finish this thing and do it right from the get-go is what they're told. Who needs sleep LOL!
