I need some links to good reputable Viper salvage shops.

Kinda steep on the prices, but I'm sure they can be talked about.

Also check ebay. Most of those guys (ie Viper paul, x2builders, xvipers) have their numbers listed so you can call them directly to avoid the bay!

We are talking Viper engines here. I haven't found anything reasonably priced Viper related unless you are buying Gen 1.

Gen 1 Vipers aka "heavy weights" are from 92-95 (some are in 96's). Gen 2 are 96-02. Gen 3 aka "powder puffs" are from 03 to 07 (which is what you have). Gen 4 present.

    Gen-1 is 92-96.5
    Gen-2 is 96.5-02
    Gen-3 is 03-06
    Gen-4 is 08+

Creampuffs are ANY engine from 2000+, it was a term coined for the milder camshaft and lack of forged pistons which the earlier cars had. Dont let the term fool you though, they are the same car otherwise, and any built engine making serious power has been completly revised in any case.
