I think Chuck will do it again next year. with the forecast for the weekend calling for rain Fri and Sat I think alot of people didn't want to make the drive.
When my engine wasn't ready I was depressed and wasn't going to come and that would have been a giant mistake cause rain no car to race didn't matter I had the best time I have had in a very long time just being able to meet everyone and shoot the shit. These are some great people on these boards and I was glad to have the opportunity to come and meet them

Ya Al, this is something most tend to forget. It's not just about who has the fastest or who's the best. We're all friends and getting a chance to shake hands with someone you have bullshitted with for so long makes it all worth it.

What I found disappointing was that 19 cars qualified for the 6.1 class on Saturday but on Sunday only 9 showed up.

All in all it was a blast though and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Sure we had ours ETown regulars there but any day racing is a good day and it was great to put faces to names.

Plus those Charger Chicks are absolutely freeks!!

No Maurie? No Paul? No Fixxer, Yaw, Jack, Walter, or the Turbo cars? What about Southern HotRod?

Maurie: Family illness. We were going to take his car for him but ran out of drivers.
    Paul: Tranny failure
Fixxer: Car is at Diablosport getting tuned with the Turbo as we speak
Yaw: WOT tune not done yet, didnt want to risk blowing up a customers car
Jack: Not sure why he didnt come
Walter: Was there, but didnt want to blow his tranny like so many others
Turbo Cars: Yaw above, Tim ran a 13.3 on street tires with turbo 5.7, Ritchie did not come, Mike did not come, Dave's car is at Diablosport for tune.
Southern Hotrod: They were there, not sure if they raced
Gilgamesh: There, but didnt have any radials or half-shafts
Mr. Morgan: Ran a 12.5 on street tires
    PPP 300: Ran 11.4x
    PPP Charger: Ran 12.1@112
PPP Dodge Ram: Pulled a POS Uhaul. lol.
    PPP 5.7 Magnum: Ran 12.67@107mph.
