Actually, Jason got it the worst! He not only fell out of the ugly tree, but the short tree (body and in the pants), chubby tree and no balls tree. I feel bad for the guy:crying:......................HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA no I don't or at least it lasted that long like him on Drew:blush:

One day you'll walk outside to find your UNPROTECTED SRT8 on blocks... and for the first time in SOCAL history, it won't be one of your people who did it.

You wouldn't dare touch my ride just like I wouldn't dare touch yours, much less you! I've heard about the things you do out there in the dark where nobody can hear or see the poor cows and horses. Do you still need my adjustable ladder??????????????? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA:whistle:

    Vortech S/C Update..

Spoke with John today and they are now making a new custom bracket for us as well as a new pully system. He stated our stock pullies were not all consistant and the new ones will be a much better piece for our set-ups and there will be a lot less wear and tear on the pullies. Anything else, we'll add it here.

Nice. I know exactly what John is talking about Drew.

Believe me, you will be VERY happy that they modified the pulley. Mine has been modified and I have 20K miles on this belt and it still looks great.

You may want to consider having a back up belt though for just in case.

Oh yea, go and invest in a 12 - 18 inch 1/2 (I think) breaker bar. This will be used for the OEM belt tensioner. It is a MUST when replacing belts. lol

Yes. you do not want to be without one in Barstow on a Sunday NIGHT on the way home from a four day weekend at California Speedway. hahahahahaha

You're a weak little man Ron. We move the tensioner with a regular 3/8" ratchet.

Just kidding and good advice so far for the newly supercharged. If John thinks I have a lot of car sh*t in my trunk now, just wait until after the blower!

I asked John to get me the part number for the belt when I was up there cause their current belt is branded without the number. We should be good. I know I plan on having one in my trunk at all times.

John, you Adam and Ralph... can you 3 put together a list of do's, don'ts and must have's for me (things I wasn't aware of, such as the spare belt and wrench Ron mentioned)?!?!

Basically, I need a supercharger babysitter.

I think it should be 114 mm belt?
    3/8" Breaker Bar (minimum 15")
    Spare Belt
1 gallon water (Distilled is best, but not required) Also have a gallon of antifreeze at the house.
At least one spare hose clamp (size depends on what they use on the Air filter, TB hoses, and the other plumbing).
Flat and cross tip Screw Driver
    Nut driver set
    Roll of electrical tape
and stock in a tire company. haha

    oh yea, Flash Light

No.......................I didn't, but I'm not worried! If they don't send it to me, I'll send Pablo and Pedro to Drew's house at night and they will replace his with the one's off the lawnmower. In the end I will get them:happy:

Thanks for looking out for me HONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Momo, you can get a good package deal on all that. Look for one of those Mrs. Fixit's kits at Home Depot. Add a roll of duct tape and you're good to go.

I'm not getting it on the breaker bar. If it isn't a half inch drive socket you don't need an extension... If you're talking about holding the tensioner tight while you tighten the adjustment nut then one of those good ole iron pry bars will work better and can be used for a whole bunch of other things.

There is a 3/8" recess on the tensioner. You can put the end of a socket wrench or breaker bar in there and it gives you the leverage to take the pressure off the belt so you can remove it easily. If you have a 1/2" breaker bar, you'll need a 1/2-3/8" adapter. Here is what a real belt tool looks like, what we're talking about is an on the road version.
