Do u guys and gals carry strait meth instead of the Boost Juice™ instock cause i just got done installing a coolingmist system
You need a mix of meth and water to work properly. Water is needed for the cooling. How much to mix is debatable. Anywhere from 20/80 to 50/50, meth to water.
No, we don't but you can get the 50/50 mix at most auto parts stores ... windshield wiper fluid. Just check the ingredients to be sure it's the 50/50 mixture.
What you want to look for is washer fluid that rated at -30 degrees...it will be around 40% meth. I use the Boost Juice witch is 49% meth and 51% water.
a friend here makes a 50/50 mix for me, it's a lot cheaper than boost juice and because of that i don't use washerfluid at all. i'm also tuned to 50/50 at this point so i can't go back down lol. but everything i've ever read/heard/seen has said that washer fluid is a max of 35% meth (15-35% depending on brand, 30% being the most common). the green fluids if memory serves correct are the ones rated to -30 degrees, but contain a higher percentage of detergent and are harmful to the engine and should not be used as a source for meth. unless things have changed recently (which is very possible) that's what i was always told about using washer fluid for meth injection.
well i talked to a couple of people about the Boost Juice so i might give it a try do u guys have any in stock cause i can be over there tomorrow morning
i dont have knock now with the 50 trim on 21 psi i want to use it to hold HOM so i should be able to with 50/50
I went to a fuel supply place and bought 5 gallons of Methanol for $30 and just mixed in some with Distilled water as I need it.
We are going to be going to an Event in North Carolina this weekend, so we will not be at the shop until Monday of next week. We do have some in stock though :grin:
