We just got back from PRI (Performance Racing Industry Trade Show) and I can tell you there are lots of new products coming out from a variety of manufacturers. We looked at alot of products and talked to alot of different companies looking for the best and brightest new products for the LX platform! There are alot of new products coming. However, despite the fact that the industry seems to be catching on to the LX platform there are still many companies that don't seem to grasp the tremendous market we have here. I can't tell you how many companies we spoke with that said we have recieved alot of requests but we aren't working on anything yet... Here is just a taste! Transmission: Converter Plates to bolt a Turbo 400 Hydromatic Tranny up to a Hemi 5.7/6.1L!! Suspension: More options for Coilovers and Springs. Several companies are developing shock and strut replacements. Engine: More options for upgraded Pistons and Rods. A new Plug and Play 90mm TB!!!!!!!!!! Exhaust: New header options for both the 5.7 and 6.1L, from new companies to the LX industry. Intakes: More CAI options from reputable companies. Power Adders: S/C kits from Vortech for 5.7 and 6.1L coming and Procharger coming for 6.1L Turbo Kits being developed for 5.7/6.1L Tuning: SCT should be out in Jan (fingers crossed) HP Tuners is still working and planning on releasing software Ignition: Some new options for ignition wires and coil packs Whew...that was just some of what we saw and found, but the future looks brighter for modding our rides for sure!
thats some good stuff right there. all new types of blowers, the fact that i can play with my tranny now and im not even talking about shemale that i met in thaiwan!

Oh yeah one more super cool item!! A complete Billet Underdrive pulley kit, complete w all pullies as well as replacement Billet Alternator, water pump etc...it will be sweeeeeeet...here is a pic of something similar on an LS motor

LOL You got one...MSD, they have coil packs etc that are new...but there is more..much much more lol! Alot of the items actually werent on display, but in talking with the companies they were working on things etc. Oh another thing I didnt mention originally. Hawk Pads for the SRT8 should be FINALLY available after the new year. Initially HPS only but will add Ceramic as well as Race Compounds in the future. Also found alot more options for replacement rotors etc.
