Notice any difference? Everyone is trying to figure out if these are worth the price and the stock coils are pretty darn good.

I got a hell of a deal through a local friend. He got them at an extremely reduced price for the one set. The person they were aimed for did care for them, so I got them.. So far the idle feels smoother and the car feels faster. I also changed out the 185 t-stat for a 176 and reset all the adaptives. Driving on the freeway the car just drives smoother. I'll know more once i can log some more miles on the car....

The only reason they are expensive is because you need 8 of them. Less than $60.00 each.

But the stock ones are high quality and only cost about $20 each.

We have a set as well for BJBs except we are getting them painted.. that red doesn't work well in a black engine bay

Well my only issue is that the MSD guys at SEMA said the first batch were the same output as the stocks...have we gone on to the good batches yet? I have run MSD ignitions on everything that i have built from a stock 95 full size 4x4 truck to my big motors...they work but what their people told me had me back peddling...

X2, I've always used MSD ignition stuff on all my cars with great results and these look GREAT only ... if they're no better than stock that would suck. I'll be waiting to hear more on these ...

Well my observation so far is they do make the idle smoother and the butt dyno says the SRT is faster but only a trip to the track will tell. My SRT had a slight stumble to it at idle since it was new. Dealer could not figure it out, Predator did not fix it, CMR Tune did not do anyhting, but i added the MSD coils and the idle is now smooth and it does not stumble. Would I have paid full price for them, probably not, but for the price i got them for i am happy. All I need to do now is paint the "MSD" letters black....

What are your final thoughts of them? I am thinking about ordering them tomorrow, just want to make sure they are not a waste of money.

Heck I just want them for the Bling they bring, especially with my valve cover getting painted TorRed with ghost flames.

If anyone gets a better deal on these let me know.

I got alot of "what are those" at the Goodguys show yesterday. I am going to outline the MSD lettering in black.
