I know Jay personally and he would never do that.
There is this thing called MAP pricing where the dealer of a product is given a minimum advertised price they are allowed to use in ads, on the web, etc. If they post below this price, the product can actually be pulled from their store, warehouse, etc.

group buy has ended effective immediately. All current orders will be fullfilled, but no new orders will be taken.

 

To ALL members... I am very sorry to inform you that the group buy has to end. Diablo contacted us stating that our prices were too low. There was a memo that went out last week about Diablo putting a cap on the lowest amount we could sell the Diablo for. So, for those of you who have paid already we will honor that price. But I am sad to announce that the GROUP BUY is officially over.
