    Hello all!

We finished testing the NANO system! The SHR Charger SRT-8 had its best pass of 11.53 @ 121.78 MPH with the help of a NANO system!

The NANO system kept our N2O system pressure @ 975 the whole time! No heaters! Instant pressure!

If run Nitrous, this is a MUST HAVE item!

    The NANO Performance Advantage

[IMG]NANO uses “mass flow technologyâ€￾ to constantly compensate for changes in bottle temperature and pressure. The results -
Constant maximum horsepower gain throughout the race.

    • Using NANO -180HP till nitrous bottle is empty
    • Without NANO – 180 HP for 1st 30 seconds only
Utilizes the entire content of the nitrous bottle.

    • <LI class=style1>40 seconds without NANO
    • 80 seconds capacity with NANO Technology

This graph uses Real Test Data taken from an automated nitrous flow bench using 10 sec run time intervals.
The graph shows Horsepower vs. Run Time using both a standard Nitrous system with a 10 lb bottle and bottle heater, and a 10# Competition NANO System with no bottle heater. HP is calculated using a 5.2 :1 nitrous to fuel ratio. All data correlates to Nitrous Manager software by David Koehler. NANO systems develop 25% more average HP (Nitrous Mass Flow) than standard nitrous kits with the same jetting.
Test results show both systems performed about the same for the first 40 seconds of use. Beyond 30 seconds, the NANO system continues to perform at the 180HP level while the conventional systems performance drops quickly.

In practical terms the NANO system can achieve over 100% more run time without any decrease in performance until almost all 10 lbs of nitrous are used.

    THE NANO 10 second advantage

NANO's “mass flow technology“ produces constant flow of nitrous oxide at all times. The results -
Constant Mass flow of Nitrous throughout the Run.

    • NANO systems develop 25% more average HP (Mass Flow) than standard nitrous oxide kits
      with the same jetting.

it's great for maintaining power levels but hasn't been outlawed by most tracks? it has been a few years since i checked the rule books.

I've been looking at that for awhile. Sounds like the real deal to me.

Just about any major tire shop will nitrogen.....They have it for all the rich know-nothings that think nitrogen is worth paying extra for to have it in their tires....

I use a local paintball shop. It has to be filled to 4500 psi.

wow, that graph leads little doubt. i ran nitrous through all of my ls1s and never had one of these. how new is this technology?

dude, i and a ton of other folks in the know run nitrogen. especially with expensive 2 or 3 piece rims that are easily damaged by under-inflated tires.

research it a bit, truly is worth it imho.

I'm not gonna get into the N2 debate.....

But trust me, I work with N2 everyday at my job.....It still leaks out through the rubber, and is affected by temperature.

But this thread is about N2 with NO2

You can use compressed air too.

Most paintball shops have compressors that can fill to 4500 psi. The nano system uses paintball technology and all the fittings and gauges are exactly what the paintball industry uses. When you bring it in to a paintball shop, they will know exactly what to do. Costs about $5 for a fill. I use compressed air as well and have loved it :)
