i thought what JMatt thought...but once i re read it i realized YOU weren't the dealer so i didnt feel like YOU were the one selling so you didnt violate the rules....
Ahhh...all this confusion..YOU guys thought he was posting as if he was selling the car at HIS dealership!!!
The dealerships are the ones that are going to sit on these challengers,no one is going to buy shit at this crapping time of the economy. The price that dealers are asking for the srt4 caliber is bullshit! Was thinking about buying one for my daughter for her 16 b-day.
I went and looked at one for my wife two months ago and they were asking 31k....the car is STILL sitting there! 0 60 gone....what is your first name? Did you show up to the "Cruise n Grand" on Friday...I was looking forward to meeting you.
As a matter of fact I did,but no one was around their cars.I did see a lot of Chargers, magnums way to represent guys, but know jeeps!!!!I saw red magnum that was lowered, ummm does that have air bags?Anyway looks nice.O my name is Danny.I live in North Escondido,Jesmon dene area.Took my wife and daughter and her friend, about 7:20pm.We ate at this little italian restruant and watched all the wannabe fast annoying cars lol.Saw a few R/Ts.NO JEEPS,hey guys to need to represent!!!!
I'm glad you made it Danny. The red lowered Magnum is Ralph's (MOL). It IS bagged. He has "exact" matching NOS bottles in the trunk that match the paint on his rims. SDCarguy (John) was the silver Charger in front of him...I was the Black Charger in front of John. We ended up walking around for a while and getting a bite to eat at "Fat Burgers". Sorry we missed you! - Rick
Just happy to see guys and ladies showed up.Nest time (leave the hoods up)people were taking a lot of photos and trying to ask questions.Yours was parked in front of La Tapia restraunt. If it was, looks nice and clean.Hopefully hook up with some of you guys in the future.
20K over is ridiculous. The sad thing is SOMEONE will pay that which is why dealers get away with doing it. Just like any hot car when it first comes out people will pay big time just to have the 1st one on the road. Funny too cause a few months later the roads are usually jammed with them, lol! Down here in the Bay Area (Los Gatos/Saratoga area) there's a lot of money so I see this kinda stuff all the time ... GT500, T-Bird, Boxster, any new car that's even remotely "hot" goes for waaaaaaaaaaaay over sticker. Years ago my dad's friend paid $20K over sticker just to have one of the 1st T-birds out there the idiot, now look what happened, lol! Hey, anyone notice if SRTs aren't selling, haven't checked the numbers lately and I'm wondering if the economy and gas prices are causing slow sales. I was at my dealer today and was SHOCKED at all the SRT8 Chargers they had there, A TON!! They are one of the largest dealers around but they've NEVER had that many SRT8s before.
I am still awaiting a sincere apology from jmatt for his slanderous accusations. Either that or I demand a full refund. Those of you that know him well...Do you think that this is too much to expect? I was crushed, devestated even- and have not slept well since....
I don't think he was referring to you. He may have missed the word "e-mail" as you mentioned it was e-mailed to you. My take is JMatt probably thought you were showing what may have been posted elsewhere, not e-mailed. Most likely just an oversight.
becasue it is getting tough to drive our cars with gas going for 4 bucks a gallon!!!! for some, the novelty wears off quick on having a fast car with tons of power, and reality sets in that when you have to pay close to 70 bucks each time you fill up!!!!! :stars::cry:
