Good to hear from you Ari! I went with the sgtstanko/mondello heads and the comp 260 cam. I know it is the exact opposite of what we talked about on cams, but while working/talking with Steve he said the 260 would be a good addition to the heads. He ran a 12.3 I believe a few weeks back with just heads, headers, tune and no cam on his 6.1......I can't wait to see what times I get, but as I said earlier I keep getting rained out. The 260 idles almost like stock, a little shake/lope at a stop, but makes good of power out of the hole, without roasting the tires. I can still floor it on airport asphault and not have traction issues. So far I am very pleased, thanks for all your prior input.

Did you get rid of the jeep and get the BMW????

Thanks Ari PM me your paypal again to pay you for that Dashawk I erased all my PM's to free up some space. The tune is email only and I had datalogged it before racing and the most KR I saw was 3 degrees and my A/F is dead on 12.4-12.5 I ran with the traction control button pushed off this time because they had the staging area covered in water so I knew I would spin and did not want the traction control taking over and closing the throttle body and cutting power I spun out of the hole some but did not take long to get out of there and kill a nice saleen. I think this winter I could see 8.1's and I'm not modding the Jeep anymore than maybe the new 4" BWoody and I have been kicking around installing my snow performance meth kit which will cool the intake by 30-40 degrees

I went out last night as well Wade. I was coming home from the airport in Houston and passed by the 1/4 track in Sealy around 10pm last night. Lights were on, people were racing so I pulled in. Ran 4 times, won every round. No record runs (since the DA was a lot worse than my best time). I even ran with my luggage and laptop in the cargo area, LOL. Regardless it was a great time spanking cars who thought they were fast.

    1.77, 8.04 @ 85.67mph, 12.59 @ 107.45mph

Nice. Cant wait to hear how it runs down the track bro. I sold the Jeep 3 days ago :sorry: A real good kid got it though. He's from Maryland. He flew out, and drove it back. The Bimmer should be in my hands at the end of the next week. i cant wait. I'll post some before and after pics of it. Got a TON of mods for it. lol
