Guys, check out this videos. This is a stage 2 Neon SRT4 with 3" exhaust against a Superbee SRT8 with CAI, Corsa Exaust, Diablo Tuner, DRs 2" smaller than factory tires and the pro torque 2800. Both owners are members of a dodge high performance club in town.

This other race is between me and my Charger SRT8 against the same Neon SRT4. I have the same mods as the guy with the Superbee. The only difference is that he has the torque converter and mine is sitting at my garage. I hope I can install the TC, and my stage 1 cam next week. Before the Superbee got the TC I use to be about .10 seconds faster.

Defenetly the TC is a great bang for the buck. Can't wait to get mine installed. Let me know what you guys think

I forgot to mention that the SRT4 is racing on slicks. The face between the bee and the neon was close, but the bee won the race. I won the second race thanks because my friend driving the neon made a mistake and mist second gear...

I can't see the times for either race...It looks like the Superbee one the first one. I can't tell if you won the race against the SRT4.

As far as the TC goes...you'll find out its not a great street mod out of the hole on street tires. I mashed mine hard the other day and smoked the tires into oblivion. I'm hoping with my new tires that it'll be better.

I try not to go crazy on the street, I can't wait to try it out... I also forgot to mention that the bee also has a Quaife LSD. I realy don't think I will need it...

The Quaife probably helps some off the line with traction. Are you running the stock halfshafts with the DR's?

yes... that is another reason why I don't want to get the Quaife.

Charger SRT8 with TC vs Neon SRT4 stage 2.

Charger SRT8 12.86 (Best ET of the night)
Neon SRT4 12.90 (Best ET of the night)

    Charger SRT8 vs Neon SRT4 stage 2.

Charger SRT8 13.21 (My best ET was 13.13)
Neon SRT4 14.00 mist 3nd gear. (he would have kicked my @ss)

It was a hot and humid night, AD was around 3800.
