Cool. Once I found that it was SFI approved, I was sold. So about 12rwhp is typically what you guys are seeing on stock 6.1's??

I reserve interpretation on the last question. I know that quoting hp gains from mods is almost like dyno numbers; they're vodoo. I am just looking to tie my mods together with the bolt-ons available. Every little bit helps and mods like this will have to do until IF and WHEN I decide to tear into the motor again. I'm pretty happy with the performance today which is the end result of the mod game right???

PPP can you give us a pic of the new 6.1 underdrive pulley versus the stock 6.1 pulley? There alreday may be one that you posted but I cannot find it.
    Thanks in advance.

Harmonic vibrations are caused almost exclusively by torsional (twisting) forces on the crankshaft. The damper simply absorbs the forces via a rubber/metal contact (heat generated) based on whatever frequencies are usually associated with a particular engine...usually determined at the production factory.

Silicon dampers (Fluidamper) simply use the shear action of silicon to generate the heat to dissipate the energy of torsional vibrations.

I would sure hope the underdrive pulleys being developed use a similar vibration damper to what comes stock...
A thought I have is that once you change the bore and, especially stroke, the tortional forces on the crankshaft are going to change also.

Thats the same one we are selling. They are already out. I shipped 5 of them out yesterday. You will be very happy with them. On our car, we gained 14.6rwhp, but I am calling it a 12rwhp mod to be safe until we get more results from others.

Good deal. Kind of assumed that it was the same based on the description that Tim gave me when I ordered. Looking forward to getting it; I should be receiving it either tomorrow or Monday.
